Know Before You Book

  • Children aged 16 and younger are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult.

  • The Museum is open daily from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Closed on Thanksgiving and 25 December.

  • Pushchairs are permitted at all times, but are not permitted on escalators.

  • Mobile phone use is not permitted in the galleries or theatres.

You can cancel free of charge until 72 hours before your reservation starts. After that time, no cancellations, changes or refunds will be made.
