We'll head for the Maury vineyard.
We will set off on foot for a tour that will allow us to discover the Mas Amiel vineyard. Under the Corbières sun, we will take the time to learn about the local grape varieties and wines, as well as the history of the estate, which is now entirely organic. On-site technical explanations will reveal the complexity of this vineyard, a true masterpiece. Before the tasting, we will visit the all-wood ageing cellars, which date back to 1891. A VIP tasting of the family winery's dry and sweet Maury PDO wines will bring this enjoyable morning to a close. We will return to our meeting point in the late morning.
