We start the night with a local craft beer tasting, over 4 different beers. Get to know each other, some history of the pubs in Edinburgh and wider Scotland.
Irish vs Scottish Stout
Everyone knows Guinness, but do you know its Scottish equivalent or the long ties Edinburgh has to Ireland? Let's discuss and debate, finally choosing which one we prefer with a pint of it.
Scottish Whisky Tasting and its History
Whats the difference between 'Whisky and Whisky'? What makes whisky unique from other spirits and what gives it its colour? We take a break from beer to try some whisky and learn why Scotland is crazy about this drink.
Local Music Bar and Underground Vaults
We end our night at a live music venue build into the old underground vaults of Edinburgh. Following your experience a drink of choice is on us as we discuss modern Scottish pub culture and listen to some local music.
