Extraordinary. From the moment they pick you up at the airport, know that you will be well taken care of. Breakfasts are included and amazing - you'll never go hungry with the options they let you have. The staff are so well trained we felt pampered. We've never had this level of attention to detail. We had a great honeymoon. They go above and beyond. 10/10 would come back to Bali and will only consider this resort.

Certainly one of the most luxurious places we’ve ever stayed, wonderful breakfast and high tea lunch, all that. But the most incredible thing was the staff. Now I don’t know. It was our first stay in Bali. Maybe the whole island’s that way but the Mulia was clearly exceptional - vibe-wise.

Stop looking at other options and just your stay at this spectacular property! The villa is even better than the photos. Very large and incredibly private - no one can see into your garden or pool. Private pool is heated so very comfortable. Really no need to leave the room, but when you do a buggy is just a phone call away. Breakfast and restaurants are also superb and the beach is the nicest in Bali. This is a must stay property.

Great place to stay for adults or with kids. It has everything you need. Staff are friendly and courteous. The ambient feels luxurious and relaxing.

Everything was perfect for our stay in Bali. The food was delicious every day, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. Service was excellent and the staff were very attentive to everything happening. Check in process was seamless, we messaged on WhatsApp before arrival and we were greeted by someone at the gate. There is staff preset from 9-5 wich responded quickly with any questions. We loved the fact that the chef was able to accommodate my preference of vegan diet and made excellent dishes full of flavour for me.

The resort is beautiful and the staff in particular is top notch! They really strive to make you feel welcomed and at home and are extremely attentive to your needs. Upon arrival, you feel very safe with the Nusa Dua check point and another security checkpoint for the resort without it being intrusive.
