Had an excellent stay at the Pipe House with my daughter. It was a unique experience and idea in a very relaxed atmosphere. It’s close to the beach and easily accessible from the busy Tamarindo via 1$ water taxi and 10 min walk along the beautiful beach to the hostel so great if you are back packing. There were 6 of us for 11 nights. The property is a great location, short walk to Playa Flamingo. The staff are very helpful and kind. Concierge even helped us plan our excursions. The cleaning staff were excellent and we very much enjoyed the huge patio. Costa Rican people are delightful

Amazing place to stay with a short walk to the beach. Owners were very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean and fresh with privacy. Burger and nachos at the restaurant were my favourite. Definitely worth checking out. Five stars all around.

Agnes & Hilda are wonderful women who were very welcoming & accomodating. They both spoke english which helped me a lot! The hotel is a little gem. Great price for the accomodations & location. The grounds are really nice, great amenities and proximity to and quality of beach (Conchal) is amazing. What I didn’t like were two individuals at a Swiss Travel (3rd party activities). José operated towels and was rude on our first day about not having sufficient towel tickets and noticeably cold thereafter for the rest of my stay. That really bothered me. We liked everything about this property. other than no water view this fabulous resort has everything we could want and then some. Security,nice pools,magnificent grounds, a kitchen which we did not expect,a very nice hot breakfast included and a staff that went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. only wish we could have stayed longer.

I love the beach location, the good music around the pool that was not to loud. I loved the fact that there was no loud speakers yelling on mics and no loud music or loud activities. That was the highlite and will keep me coming back. It was quiet and relaxing yet fun and enhanced atmosphere. The rooms could be updated but worked. Maids were great. Food was good. Cleanliness good. The beach at this location was superb and not crowded.

Honestly, if you are a couple traveling through Costa Rica i highly recommend hotel brasilito, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions we had ! Cheap and delicious food less than a minute walk away, same with supermarkets. The beach isn’t the greatest but it’s a 10 minute walk from the famous playa conchal! It’s a perfect destination for a few days of your journey
