What an awesome place to stay! La Fortuna is an awesome place and this was the best accommodations by far! The place was modern, super clean, beautiful and had everything we needed including an awesome kitchen to make meals and save some money on eating out all the time. But even more amazing were the staff. So lovely and helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure out stay was the best. We highly recommended staying at Susa Villas!!! Thanks for everything!!

We were lucky to spend a full week at Nayara Springs and from the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated wonderfully and absolutely loved our stay. We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed, and the hotel itself was well maintained. The location was excellent—close to everything, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a convenient location.

Everything was fabulous!

The Nayara Tented Camp was an amazing experience. The private outdoor shower, thermal pool and views were spectacular. We ate at four different restaurants and all were exceptional. The property is very hilly but the staff are more than willing to transport you in golf carts. The service was outstanding and the staff were very friendly.

This stay was absolutely amazing!! A secluded feel, up in the mountains with an incredible view and a private swimming hole in the patch of rain forest on the property - WOW, a true paradise!! This is the best stay I have ever had! If you are going to stay in La Fortuna you MUST stay here. It was such a dream!

We spent six nights there and the resorts reputation as one of the top luxury destinations in the world is well deserved. Our casita was one of the smaller units but we were blown away by it. The balcony with a Jacuzzi overlooking the gardens and the volcano was beautiful. We had two walk-in showers, one inside and another outside in a walled tropical garden. The room was huge. Although the casita was air conditioned we switched it off as the temperature was very comfortable day and night....

Absolutely beautiful and modern place with lush grounds and your own private hot tub! ! They had all the amenities you needed in each unit. Very friendly and responsive staff! Pricy but worth it for a few days of luxury!

If I could give this hotel six stars, I would! They truly think of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, from insect repellent and a clothesline in the room, to a small eating area outside the cabin. Check in was a breeze. I asked for an upgrade if there’s anything available. Both the manager and receptionist check to see if there’s anything. They had me check both rooms and the area if I like it. I chose the upgrade obviously with the perfect view of the Arenal Volcano. The amenities are awesome, breakfast was perfect, a lot to choose from. The property is well kept. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family!

Great green, clean and comfy place to stay in town but off the noisy road. They have made to order breakfast which is super. And a sloth living on their tree.

Very luxurious and very clean and quiet. Every member of staff knows what a great customer service is and always smiling. We would highly recommend it.

A beautiful property, nice garden, saw a few toucans and other birds; humming birds, a toad, and the guava tree attracts lot of sining birds; a nice trail to a river within the property. Clean, comfortable, good value for $$, convenient location; staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to this cottage like hotel with an outdoor kitchenette.
