We went there as part of our honeymoon. We had originally booked a standard room, but they decided to upgrade us to a suite. It was such a nice surprise. The staff was good and the restaurant had really good breakfast too. We enjoyed the room as it was big and clean. The only thing we didn’t like was that the hotel is really close to a train station, hence we could hear the trains and buses at night. We woke up a few times due to the noise. Once we used earplugs, the issue was no more though!...

Small hotel. 17 rooms. Very quiet. Room was clean. Great heritage building.
There was an issue with a leaking roof in the hallway and as a result we had to walk thru a moldy area to get to our room which was unpleasant but once we got to our room the smell was gone.
Proximity to shops, restaurants and entertainment was great!

the hotel is amazing! the historical building rebuilt so beautiful. it was 30 yrs since i was there and obviously still much work to be done. my weather was not so co-operative but the city still amazing.
