Well maintained and excellent staff. A great location for casually getting around to enjoy a more immersive travel experience.

When I checked in(which they let me do early) the room felt like a spa. Clean, tv was on the fish station, dimly lit, cool. It was lovely. Super close to the beach(they happily offer you a beach towel and chair) and some nice restaurants. Staff was great!! Loved offering suggestions to their wonderful country. Pedro and Jessica were particularly helpful and enthusiastic. No question I would stay here.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient area of San Juan. Very clean and neat/tidy. The pool is perfect on a hot day.

Very modern, clean with a very customer focused staff.

Love staying there

Loved this hotel. Has a managers cocktail hour every day! Great Hotel staff!!

Clean room ! Wow!

everything was great, however the room did have a musty smell but nothing terrible

There's free parking if you rent a car. I personally didnt as the beach is 5 min walk from the hostel. You have to cross the bridge over the highway. Uber was surprisingly affordable so old san juan would be $10 usd. If you do the rainforest tour you can find one with included transportation. Same thing with exploring the west side. However on the east coast youd need to get a car to explore. I got a seperate room my only complaint was that there was no windows in my room. The seperate room did...

1)friendly staff 2)very clean & inviting modern facility 3)beautiful large rooms, nice bathroom with storage and long counter top 4)comfortable beds 5)safe in room

It was a great place. Well kept up and convenient.

It was a perfect way to start our cruise. It's newly renovated. We loved it.
