Outstanding hotel. Didn’t expect too much before my trip.

My daughter and I loved this hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel beds were so comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were separate with bath tin and shower separated. They provided us with Nespresso coffees and Taiwanese's tea and water bottles every day. They also provided snack and juices too. On top of all, they had free laundry with detergent dispenser for free. The hotel is a few step from Bannan subway line and many other things are in the walking distance. We really loved this...

Really enjoyed our stay at Uketamo Hotel Taipei. Newly built, clean and very well thought out. The location is great and super convenient for getting around Taipei, with lots of food (din tai fung 5 mins away) and shops nearby. The room had pretty much everything we needed. I especially liked the universal international sockets and USB-C charging ports — such a useful touch when travelling and you don’t have to worry about adapters everywhere. Room was very clean. The lobby coffee and late night instant noodles were a nice added bonus. The Breakfast was quite substantial and fresh! Will definitely stay here again when visiting!

There's free laundry that guest can use Room was cleaned daily and amnenities were replenished daily. Room was big enough to have your suitcase open and you can still walk around. Hotel was close to Taipei Main station - easy to travel to and from the airport and also other major tourist spots. Close to Mcdonald's, KFC and other convenient stores when you need a late night food

Pretty clean and very convenient. Lacks a better planned taxi service but Taipei is pretty convenient just not with a lot of luggage.

Four night stay at this beautiful hotel. Daily breakfast included, was superb. The snacks and drinks offered in the afternoons , was appreciated. I had a shower and a great soaker tub in my room for after my workouts. World Gym is an eight minute walk down the street. I used it daily. Great location. I walked to Taipei 101 for the viewing of the city. They noticed when I was checking in , that it was my birthday. The next day , in my room , was a signed birthday card from the staff. Beautiful...

Fantastic property, amazing rooms, and friendly staff. Top notch smart features such as automatic blinds, bidet etc. The elevators are extremely quiet. Unfortunately the location is farther out from the Taipei city Center and any shopping. Even the closest convenience store was not that close which is rare in Taiwan. I would definitely stay here again!
