STRIPSTEAK<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Not only does this place excel at steak, but they also serve the most delicious\u00a0duck fat fries, which just so happen to be complimentary. The star items on the menu are their Angus beef and\u00a0Wagyu beef,\u00a0and they also offer some interesting side dishes like roasted bone marrow, spinach souffle, and pork belly fried rice.\u00a0Save room for dessert if you can because the menu won’t disappoint!<\/p>\n

Twist<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Twist earns a spot on this list for its take on classic French cuisine. Located on the 23rd floor of the Mandarin Oriental, the restaurant offers great views of Las Vegas at night\u00a0plus you can\u00a0enjoy\u00a0a mix of\u00a0\u00e0 la carte dishes, a three-course tasting menu, or a one of a kind\u00a0six-course dining experience for those who can’t settle on one item on the menu.<\/p>\n

Burger Bar<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

For something a little bit more casual but still bound to tickle your palate, make a beeline for Burger Bar. This establishment\u00a0serves\u00a0up gourmet burgers that will blow fast-food chains out of the water. Their Angus beef burger is the star of the menu, but if you’re feeling adventurous they make a mean\u00a0buffalo burger. They also have an interesting selection of fries on the menu including buttermilk zucchini fries and fat fries.<\/p>\n

Drink<\/h2>\n

The Chandelier<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Prepare to be blown away when you first set foot inside this bar because it really does look like a chandelier. Shrouded in strands of glittering crystal, this three-story bar oozes glamour and opulence. A glass staircase allows you to work your way from the bar’s top level to the bottom where you can enjoy live music with a drink in hand.<\/p>\n

Commonwealth<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Located in downtown Vegas on Fremont Street, this swanky speakeasy will transport you back to the pre-Prohibition era.\u00a0Commonwealth\u00a0has a unique design that’s a mix of rustic and delicate details; this includes tables made out of old heaters, exposed roof beams, twinkling\u00a0chandeliers, and a poised peacock standing watch behind the bar.<\/p>\n

Minus5\u00b0 Ice Bar<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Vegas has done it again! Where else in the desert can you escape the stifling heat and find sub-zero temperatures? Yes, the answer to that one is the aptly named\u00a0Minus5\u00b0 Ice Bar.\u00a0This is such a popular spot that it has two locations in Vegas; one inside Mandalay Bay<\/a>\u00a0and the other in Monte Carlo<\/a>. Inside,\u00a0everything is made out of ice, including the glasses you drink out of. Don’t worry about hauling all your winter gear for a visit to this bar; they will outfit you with parkas and warm gloves so that you can enjoy this winter wonderland.<\/p>\n

Dance<\/h2>\n

Hakkasan<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

This five-story megaclub is one of the hottest spots\u00a0in Vegas at night right now and it has consistently brought\u00a0some of the top names in the electronic scene. Aside from the main nightclub located on the fourth level, inside Hakkasan you’ll also find\u00a0a restaurant, a private lounge, a smaller club within the club and a pavilion. Whether you want to enjoy dinner prepared by a Michelin-starred chef, have a few drinks with friends, or let loose on the dance floor, there’s something here just for you.<\/p>\n

Marquee Nightclub and Dayclub <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Marquee knows how to keep the party going all day long. By night you can enjoy three separate rooms: the main dance floor where all the action happens, the Library which has a more laid-back feel with a fireplace and a billiards table, or the Boombox which has great views of the Strip and it’s own separate DJ. Alternatively, you can also go out to the outdoor terrace which acts as the Dayclub by day and an extension of the Nightclub by night.\u00a0The Dayclub\u00a0boasts two swimming pools, plenty of cabanas, bars and and even a gaming area. The Dayclub is open Friday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to sunset, which means you still have time to take a nap and get ready before going out on the town again.<\/p>\n

Light<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

This club is a collaboration with Cirque du Soleil which means you can expect a jaw-dropping performance. Every night at Light is a mix of dance, acrobatics, and circus acts, all paired to the rhythm of some of the world’s best DJs.<\/p>\n
