"We loved this place! Perfect for ATVing. Worked well for our special needs son. We rode during the day and enjoyed the back de ck and camp fire in the evening. Highly recommend. Sam was very responsive and helpful."

"The place was dirty. Went to the basement to check out the laundry room and found standing water because the sub pump was broken, 3 full piles of bedding in and on the washer and dryer.
