Beautiful hotel. Spotless

When we opened the sofa bed, we found crumpled, used sheets left behind from previous guests. There was also trash and other items underneath and inside the bed. The sofa had what appeared to be red stains, possibly from wine or another liquid. Both nightstands in the bedroom were sticky from spilled liquids. After wiping them down, the towels came away with black grime and dust, giving the impression that those surfaces had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The room itself was relatively quiet from outside traffic and pedestrians, but we frequently heard odd noises that sounded like metal objects dropping or bouncing on the floor throughout our stay. We stayed for three nights and really wanted to enjoy the property because of its excellent location, with easy access to markets, restaurants, and the main streets. Unfortunately, based on the cleanliness issues, we would not choose to stay here again. On a positive note, we did enjoy both the coffee shop and the restaurant.

Beautiful property and it had its normal wear n tear. Nice pools. One specific you can see adults make it an adult pool. The main pool kids can play. The tiki bar is convenient at the pool. Now the hotel.does not provide room service. You can call the next door food places and place an order for pick up. But the Fish house would not provide Togo/reservations/or walk ins. The hostess was rude everyday we tried. The mgr Brendan(great guy) was knowledgeable. Other than that I would reccomend the facility.

Just a lovely place in a lovely part of a lovely city. A calm, quiet oasis. Can’t say enough for the kind employees and the well-worn comfort of a historic hotel. I hope it’s up and running in another hundred years.

Great room and very helpful friendly staff! My only complaint is that there was a lot street noise and noisy quest above us.

Great place to be pampered! Outstanding staff and lovely pool area. Spa not open yet but will be amazing no doubt.

The mechanical items in our room did not work. We had a repair man come to the room at 11:30 pm to fix the AC - where his fished a large piece of cardboard from the vent that was inhibiting the airflow. The automatic blinds did not work either. The room was either wide open or pitch black

This Inn is amazing. The staff is amazing and the rooms are comfortable and super clean. The breakfast is delicious, happy hour so nice and golf cart to the beach with umbrella and chairs… can’t beat it! Plus the restaurants down the road great! Would love to go back!
