Everything was great. The staff were amazing, and they make you feel very welcome. The beach is beautiful and private. They have so many things you can do on the property and will help organize any adventure outside the property as well. The owner was there and made sure to introduce himself to us when we arrived. I understand why many guests we met there have been coming for so long. We will definitely return.

First and foremost I just want to say if you aren’t booking with Expedia, you need to start! My stay at Moon Palace was such a pleasure! From the cleanliness of the room/resort all the way to the staff! Everybody was extremely helpful and kind. Huge thanks to Expedia for the complimentary room upgrade and the sweet surprise in my room! The view of the ocean from my balcony room was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend anybody visiting Jamaica to stay at the Moon Palace. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

The beach view was absolutely stunning. The property is still working through a few remodels after the hurricane in November 2025, but it didn’t take away from the experience. What truly makes this place special is the staff and the owner. They are some of the kindest people you’ll meet and make you feel like part of the family from the moment you artive

Classy, timeless, elegant, spotless, farm-to-table…our second trip here did not disappoint. Great couples getaway in a beautiful villa with warm, friendly staff. Also no trouble accommodating our gluten free friends.

Overall, a great hotel rooms are very small. Staff was a bit cranky understandable considering what they went through with the hurricane food was better than average not great. The beach is one of the best I’ve ever been on.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were well kept, the food was amazing, the staff were welcoming with an abundance of activities and entertainment. Last but not least, safety was built into every aspect of the experience.
