The hotel was nice. I would love an updated TV with Netfix etc. Additionally, the power was out for half of our room during our stay. Room was clean and property was very nice.

What a spectacular place! Gateway is the "gateway" to five different canyons. It is such a beautiful setting. And the resort is wonderful. My room was fanastic with lots of space inside, soaking tub separate from shower, and outdoor space with seating and a fire pit that was used every night and every morning. I didn't take advantage of all that's offered or available but the pools are amazing, had a wonderful pedicure, and a superb salt rub and massage. Ask for Brooke! The spa is quite pricey but quality service. The only food options in March are Paradox Grille and room service. Both options came with fabulous service, good variety, and delicious food. I can't wait to come again either by myself, with husband, with family, or with girlfriends.

This place is amazing! Great food and coffee and nice staff. The property is so pleasant and relaxing. Super dog friendly! Highly recommend!!!!

The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good.

This place was an absolute dream, amazing staff. Great room, we could not have asked for a better experience! We can’t wait to come back next year!
