Elevators sound and feel like you are going to fall at any moment. Also only one elevator works, there are 4.

Love the location of the hotel. It was in the museum district, so you can walk to most of the museums. The area also has beautiful parks that are well maintained. The hotel decor was contemporary with touches of modern and nostalgic pictures. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the hotel again.

Place was nice for the price. But when I got there already 2 hours past my check in time, they said the room still wasn’t ready because their cleaning staff hasn’t gotten to it yet. I had a concert to go to and needed to get ready so I asked if there was something we could check in to for the moment and he never answered my question but instead just kept typing on his computer and phone for the next thirty minutes. Any communication I got from him was because I spoke up and asked. He had no sense of urgency or helpfulness, it was extremely frustrating considering I had somewhere to be and it was already 2.5 hours after my check in time at this point. When the room was finally ready, there were three cleaning staff leaning on the wall next to their cart chit chatting which upset me even more considering I was told the whole reason for the delay was them.

The room we stayed in was a bit dated but very spacious. I generally would prefer key card access only to the floor you’re staying in which did not have that.
