Awesome hotel

This hotel is fabulous,wonderful setting and the most helpful staff,especially Maggie and Josophine,they could not do enough for you,the moment you walk in the atmosphere is so welcoming. Highly recommend

In the heart of Limerick, it was wonderful. The only confusing, and a bit irritating thing was the address was advertised as O'Connel Street, while the real entrance was on a side street.

Location was great! Staff was very pleasant and helpful and the food at Sophie’s was really good. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome hotel

Great location. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Pool smaller than expected and would benefit from poolside lounger or chair. We would visit again .

Staff were friendly on check in and check out, the bed was a good size and there was a bath. That’s the only good things about this hotel. My husband had a terrible sleep as our neighbours were making lots of noise until 3/4am. When he told the woman on reception as we checked out, she was very apologetic. The rooms are a good size but dated and there’s no smart tv in the rooms. For the price of the room, we didn’t feel like it was good value.
