The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However the hotel is old and clearly needs updating. No USB sockets in the room for convenience, nor any double beds or double sheets available!
The balcony has unvarnished wood that is starting to break off in splinters too.

A complete gem. We would highly recommend. Only negatives were that there is no shop on site for any small amenities & the meal prices on site are a bit high. The property, views, rooms, service & amenities are first class all the way.

Hotel was a ripoff We paid a ton extra for “lake view” we couldn’t see the lake at all. Air conditioner wouldn’t work No one available to help no one answered the phone
