The room was average and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff would not provide face cloths for some reason, I'm assuming they had a shortage. We had to call front desk to get them. The Woodes Rogers bar had nice ambiance and was very elegant. The price to rent a covered bed by the pool was insane, they wanted $150/day (even after we paid the $50/day resort fee). The staff was friendly, always said hello when we passed in the hall. The last night, they had a party on the second floor which was directly under our room on the third. The loud music and bass kept me up until 12:30\. I complained and they refunded me $50 (one day's resort fee). We didnt eat at the hotel because the food is expensive. All in all, the hotel is average even though it looks amazing from the outside.
