Booking was easy, and the customer service was outstanding — it’s so refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and it’s truly a kid-friendly place, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend DPC. (1,006 reviews) Very underwhelming From the doorman, concierge to front desk unhelpful unknowlegable The doorman was to busy talking to a friend while he had a coffee to even acknowledge our arrive., His attire was sloppy and unprofessional. Front Dresk, arrived around 2, room would be ready till 3 was told there was no where to have a cup of tea or sit and just relax, had no idea where we get tea that was close to the hotel. At least 6 - 10 people after us rooms were available. When our room was finally available up we go waiting for our bags finally I had to ring and ask for them. Breakfast for 2, black tea and toast, eggs Benedict and an orange juice, I'm still waiting for the orange juice. There was only about 8 tables occupied. 20 minutes to get our car on leaving, if we should have of been told it would take this long on check in and we could have rung ahead. This just a small summary. Silicone around the bath had mould spots. Absolutely no way 5 star hotel or experience/ service. I had been a number of year ago and it was sad to experience how far The Windsor Hotel has fallen in condition and staff professionalism. Over all experience poor definitely won't be back.
