The staff is amazing, especially the Valet! Location is perfect! Pool is on the marina, with beautiful views. Don’t quote me but I believe Kayaking and bike rentals are included with your resort fee. I Kayaked at 9 am and it was amazing, so peaceful and meditative! They shuttle you to the public beach accesses (one is right next to Don Cesar Hotel); they also offer free charging for your electric car.

What a wonderful stay at the Ocean Club! We loved everything about this place...close to the beach, patio with an ocean view, clean and spacious interior, close to amazing restaurants,...Loved it!

Great property! Spacious, clean rooms. Beach access right across the street and perks for staying at the hotel. Walkable area with food, fun and favs like CVS and Starbucks nearby. Will definitely book again.

We stayed 3 nights in Club level where the offerings were excellent. The staff were extremely helpful in the whole resort. The beach club was also excellent

The hall to our room was dirty, bags of trash across my penthouse front door and chairs as if it was a alley where people hung out not to mention a dark light lighting the hallway to our room - didn’t feel safe especially with a roof entry door in same hallway - I’m assuming that light is dark due to turtles but perhaps tinting the window is better that making the hall dark thus feeling unsafe to to send wife alone to the room specifically in the night time - mind you I did report it to the front desk and they were very apologetic and showed concern but the first impression was still a negative one

Very clean, excellent customer service and staff

The staff was wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly. My husband is 90 so we were really not able to enjoy all of the amenities. Some higher lounge chairs would have been helpful as well as a walkway to the beach which really isn’t accessible to people with balance issues or disabilities. I would recommend it highly for families and younger grandparents who want to treat their kids and grandkids to a great vacation.

Great location, great staff! Walk out your room to the beach! Two lounge chairs and an umbrella right off the deck. Ocean is maybe 15 yards away. Only down side is no microwave. Publix is close and the fridge was perfect size for storing snacks and drinks.
