The one buffet restaurant has the same recycled food breakfast, lunch and dinner. Remember the À la carte restaurants are with a 30% discount or very lack lustre. It overall made the experience less enjoyable. I don’t normally book all inclusive as I like to explore and dine out but this short break over the festive was supposed to be chilled. Staff were ok. Can’t say anyone stood out or made the trip remarkable. The hotel was more on a revenue drive than service to its actual guests, which is a shame as I enjoyed it first time round but would not recommend unless it’s for the festive period or the events they host throughout the year. On the plus side the NYE party and the buffet was fantastic. If ever I was to return to a Hardrock Hotel I would do 1 overnight only to bring in the New Year. (153 reviews) The room floor was filthy. We had it reclined while we were out and though the stickiness had gone, one hour with white socks and they were black on the bottom. The nighttime bar music on an outside terrace was crap and destroyed the peaceful atmosphere. The food at the the buffet and the bar was very mediocre. We had the worst Quiche Lorraine ever. It was more like a bad cruise ship kitchen than a five star hotel. We had a cockroach visit our room on two of the mornings (not the same one!) This hotel is probably the highest one in Adeje. Great for view, a nightmare to walk down and back to the beach and shops. My legs still hurt. (249 reviews) We stayed in the Hotel Princess Inspire for Christmas. The hotel is absolutely clean, the rooms very modern. The main pool was heated. The food restaurant (buffet) has also vegetarian dishes and food for persons with allergies (lactose etc.). The staff is super friendly. The hotel is in the middle of Adeje Coast with access to numerous hiking trails (20 - 40 Minutes by car). The ferry to La Gomera can be reached in 20 minutes by car. They had a gala dinner on 25th December, which was spectacular. We would certainly come back to the hotel. Only point of criticism: We had a room with a view to the pool. Every evening until 11.00 p.m. there was music at the bar. For us, a bit too noisy.
