(1,002 reviews) It was amazing staying in this hotel with my family. The amosphere, the surrounding neighbourhood is so conducive. 1\. The staff right from receiving us to retrieve the luggage, registration is very courteous and helpful. 2\. Amazing special mentioned, is when we called to repair water seepage from the shower closet, it was immediately attend to, there and then. The technician is knowledgeable and courteous. 3\. The housekeeping is so understanding. Though we did not request for washing tray, soap and sponge. The housekeeping noticed that we used the kitchen utensils, plate, knife, and taking the bread toaster. This is amazing. We not know their names. But really appreciate them. Made our special trip, extra special. Only downfall is the sky bar is very busy and guests there use the same lifts - sometimes a bit of wait to get in the lift when on certain floors but staff tried to ensure guests staying at hotel were a priority. We enjoyed a beautiful upgrade to a 700sq/ft suite on the 54th floor with spectacular views of the city and the river especially at night. Our room price also included breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea with beer, wine and limited cocktails. The highlight of course is the sky bar with great food and beautiful jazz music under the stars.
