Hotel that offers something different with the clean modern design, concrete floor, perimeter led light and glass bathroom cladding. Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff.

The service is warm, genuine, and effortless—everyone I met went out of their way to make me feel at home. My room was stunning, with breathtaking views over Victoria Harbour and every comfort thought through down to the smallest detail. Breakfast was a highlight every day, and the restaurants set a new standard for quality and presentation. What impressed me most was the consistency: every single staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, delivered world-class hospitality with a personal touch.
