30 degrees ac did not work properly. Long waiting time at only elevator that I could use, due to the fact, that staff members were using it non stop. Cars parked close to the entrance and breakfast terrace had their engines running, so I had to enhale all their exhaust gases.
Slow service during breakfast.
In general, nothing that gives you an impression, that you are in luxery hotel. Mandarin Oriental is my favourate chain, but this time it was very disapointing.

Great start at the hotel. Room was a good size and all the amenities as you would expect. The hotel is well placed to walk the city or get buses or trans.
Staff were super helpful and breakfast and breakfast service great.

Excellent location and a beautiful, roomy apartment. It was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. It is my dream that I can find a place like this in every city I visit! The host was accessible and did a great job with communicating. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
