We stayed at Hanoi Solis Hotel as a family of four, with two kids aged 9 and 13, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. A special thank you to Ding, who arranged everything for us—from airport transfers to local tours—making our stay completely stress-free. His attention to detail and kindness made a big difference.
One of the loveliest touches was a handwritten note from the management waiting in our room upon arrival. It made us feel truly valued and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The room was perfect for our family—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile.
We also really enjoyed the restaurant, which offered delicious meals that pleased both adults and kids, and the Solis Bar was a fantastic place to relax in the evening with a beautiful view over Hanoi.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the service is amazing. It’s located in the old quarters so you need to be prepared for a busy and loud street. But once you enter the hotel, it’s feels like you walked in a completely different place
