What a great place to stay. We enjoyed the apartment, clean and well maintained. The check in was easy and the location was very convenient for us. We also we grateful for the parking.

Nice place our bathroom was tiny almost couldn’t fit in the shower. Nice beds comfortable nice view of river. Good walkable neighborhood. Breakfast was nice.

Very enjoyable room, no issues at all.... didn't spend enough time within the hotel (regarding the usage of the amenities) 'cos we attended events outside Glasgow... We'd love to revisit and chillax a bit more ....

The room was very clean and had all the essentials. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Amenities within the hotel were fab, including a gym and bar/ restaurant. Location was excellent, very central but also not too busy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a beautiful, cosy place to stay. Staff were super friendly and the lobby, guest areas and pub and restaurant were beautiful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again!

Easy booking. Not too far from the city centre and attractions.

We found this a bit of a mixed experience. As we arrived very late, we only noticed the exterior the next morning. The building is clearly a 1960/70s structure, and the concrete architecture is quite stark and not particularly appealing. However, It’s clear the hotel is in the process of being refurbished, with the entrance and hallways already completed to a very high standard—they feel grand and welcoming. Unfortunately, this doesn’t quite carry through to all of the rooms. While our room had clearly had some updates, such as fresh paint and relatively new tiles in the bathroom, other areas felt quite dated. In particular, the bathroom overall could benefit from a full upgrade, and the rug in the room was well past its best and would be better removed. The furniture was dated too. That said, we do appreciate that refurbishing a large property takes time, and improvements don’t happen overnight. However, it might make more sense for bedrooms to be prioritised, as they have the biggest impact on guests’ overall experience. We didn’t have the opportunity to try the food or use any of the facilities, as this was a last-minute booking following a delayed flight, so we can’t comment on those aspects.
