Omg I have to say in all my years of traveling and experiencing hospitality this has to be by far the best and most humble places I’ve been to, from the moment me and my wife walked in we were treated like royalty and everyone else around the same!!! I never take the time to right reviews but this place I did. From the beginning with David in the excellence club member area to Joan the attendant. Superb service. I also have to say the he chief in las olas amazing amazing custom tostone with a heart of of gold. The events where amazing with Maria hosting a lot of the arts and crafts, me personally have never been one to do any activities but she made it tremendously fun for me and my wife. She even personally took the time to get me a chimi which let me tell me you was not easy for her to do she literally looked for me all over the hotel to ensure on my last day me and my wife were able to experience and enjoy the food and than helped us get great seat for the show and ended it with a bang. I will be taking my family of 25 in 2 months just because of Maria and David. Edwin also went out of his way multiple time to get me a traditional Dominican breakfast. I truly am impressed how all the staff remembers us but our name. I have to also take the time to thank Wander, Albert by the pool, Oswaldo, rohemer , Belkis I know I spelled it wrong she was amazing at las olas. I mean I can’t say enough the gratitude the show and hospitality I will def be visiting here over and over

Fantastic resort. Villa 10 always felt like coming home and the people were wonderful. Daniel and the wonderful people who looked after us made the stay all the better. Couldn’t recommend Round Hill enough.

We stayed all inclusive, food was good drinks were cold and all staff was very friendly.. our butler Kathy was amazing !

The people and staff are the nicest human beings I’ve ever met! The resort has it all for families.

The staff was AMAZING! Everyone is very friendly and hospitable. The gardens, pool and beach are beautiful and well kept. Pretty white sand and gorgeous water. There was a lot of rocks as you enter the water though. The room was average it could get some maintenance especially in the bathroom. There was also a lot of bugs in my room and the walls are thin so I could hear my neighbors loudly. My biggest disappointment was the food! For a Bahamian hotel I was expecting lots of fresh seafood. I only ate in the buffet and it honestly wasn’t good at all. The bar tenders were AWESOME FUN AND NICE. The quality of liquor was average. All I wanted to drink was brut and 90% of the time I was there they didn’t have it. Unfortunately I would not stay here again only because of the food quality and options.

The resort was stunning and clean! Most of the staff were friendly, including Fernando, a very nice young man who helped us make the most of our stay. I visited with my mom and we noticed that we were ignored by wait staff while they were very attentive to other guests… which was strange. The buffet wasn’t great and it was a literal mission to make reservations at the restaurants on site. We had an assigned concierge who unfortunately didn’t get us reservations at the spots we requested despite telling us he would set us up with a whole dinner schedule of reservations. We ended up eating at the buffet more than we would’ve liked. I think the reservation system needs to be revamped for sure.
