(1,491 reviews) The staff were great and very friendly, which I appreciated. However, I was uncomfortable during my stay due to the bed and room setup. The mattress and pillows were too soft, and the bed sank significantly at the edges. The pillows were also very slippery when stacked, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the bed frame was positioned too close to the window. I was also charged a resort fee twice. I had already paid the resort fee as part of my Expedia package, so this resulted in a duplicate charge. I am requesting a refund for the extra resort fee that was charged at checkout. Staff also cleared full drinks from our table immediately when we stood up to dance, which was frustrating. Security & Management: Security personnel were unreactive to issues, and management was difficult to reach initially. Resolution: I am grateful to Lobby Manager Bryan Sotomayor for eventually resolving our drink issue.
