El lugar es excelente: muy bonito, bien mantenido y el cuarto en muy buenas condiciones, excepto algunos detalles que no afectan la experiencia general.
Lo único que no estuvo al nivel fue la comunicación antes de la llegada; al solicitar ayuda, simplemente nos indicaron que buscáramos la información por internet.
En general, nos encantó el sitio, pero esos detalles son los que llevan una experiencia de buena a excelente o de lujo.
El restaurante principal estuvo bien, aunque nada fuera de lo común. En el almuerzo, a pesar de estar vacío, el servicio fue bastante lento. En la cena, en cambio, el servicio fue excelente y la música en vivo le dio un toquecito bueno.

Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day
