no shower curtains water will go everywhere. takes too long for hot water. ac was sub par some days

This hotel is beginning to show it's age, and whilst it is still very good I felt it has waned from the previous time I stayed (last year). It's still an excellent hotel - I like it because it's quiet, big, sporty and wide open. It's also on the beach so it's breezy which is great during the hot months. Sadly, the room upgrade was pointless. BUT! The team at the Italian restaurant on the rooftop are FABULOUS. Really, the service at that hotel is second-to-none. The price should be reduced to reflect the age of the hotel.

We are so happy with doubletree hotel. Incredible room, amazing view. The staff were honestly the best people I have dealt with while travelling. Was sad we were only staying one night! We had Jivan bringing the cot for us super fast and full of smiles, the ladies working at the reception in the day were so sweet and the man working at the desk at night were so lovely. Honestly couldn’t recommend more.

Staff are very helpful especially Eman at front desk, Su and the breakfast manager were very attentive and helpful. Location is very convenient, nice large rooms, clean and contain full amenities. highly recommended.

Very well located hotel on Sheikh Zayed road, conveniently close to the Dubai Mall.

The staff from the front desk staff to the room attendant were great and friendly. This was my second time staying there and will again when in Dubai.
