One of our favorite places we have stayed. We like the space and the amenities in the room. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The location to restaurants nearby was also helpful.

When I was booking this hotel I knew it looked nice from the pictures and close to Gion district but it exceeded my expectations beyond anything I could have imagined. First, the hotel is beautiful and from the moment you walk in you just feel the warmness and attentiveness from the staff. The rooms are super spacious, clean, modern and even the hallways are nice. The bakery here is another level of goodness! Every pastry we had here from bagels, donuts and puff breads are so airy, light and delicious. This bakery alone is worth the stay. Then the restaurant downstairs is another highlight to this amazing hotel and the rooftop bar. Don’t be afraid to check it out after a long day out even if it’s cold because they give you a warm blanket to enjoy the air and decompress with a yummy cocktail that you can order with vouchers they give you for booking through Expedia. Perk! Then another amazing thing about this magnificent hotel is that when you come out of the hotel and turn left you are just a five minute walk from enjoying famous geisha district and the their shops/restaurant. 💯recommend to stay here.

Kyoto Century hotel is conveniently located within a few mins walk to and from the JR kyoto station and city bus terminal. The location is unbeatable ! The hotel staff is excellent and very helpful with requests ! We were greeted warmly upon arrival . We added the breakfast option to our stay and it has a great selection ! They even have over 10 flavors of ice cream available too as if we are in an ice cream parlor ! The room was clean but size was quite small . Note that Kyoto century is a classic hotel so it is not modern style . It is an older property but floors are being re-renovated and looks nice . Price was also very reasonable . If you are a train lover , be sure to select the train view rooms . My toddler loves seeing the trains zooming by during our entire stay ! I highly recommend this hotel in Kyoto .

Breakfast was nice. Hotel is HUGE and quite fancy. Located very close to Osaka Castle.

Excellent place to stay in Osaka, family friendly and clean room

We loved this hotel! Our room was huge (twin + bunk beds), the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the property is beautiful. The only tiny downside is the location. It's in a business area so there aren't a ton of reataurants, but if you're willing to walk a few blocks you'll have lots to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.
