South Naples Waterpark Vacations

The location was very nice. The roof top restaurant was very good and the staff were very friendly and kind. If book on Expedia be aware that there will be an extra charge because of third-party.

The location was great however I was expecting a lot more from the property itself. We stayed on the junior suite and the room looked old, the mirror had black stains on it and the balcony furniture was stained. I pulled the extra pillow and cover in the closet for my daughter and it was definitely used before, it had hairs on the pillow and lipstick. From our room, we had to crossed a street that was pretty busy to get to the main property which was not ideal since it rained a couple of days and we had kids. Positive the food at the restaurant was great and valet parking employees were really helpful. Will probably not repeat.

We had planned on going off site for dinners. We ended up just staying on the resort and going to their restaurant. We had a delightful, relaxing time there with everything we needed right there!

Everything about our experience was a perfect 10 out of 10. But what stood out time after time was every single interaction with any and all staff members. They are professional, friendly, and make you feel like the most important person on the planet. Every single time. I’ve stayed in beautiful hotels all over the world and this one is the best of the best.

I stayed at this property with my husband for almost a week. Super quick walk to the beach from our room and the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas. Our favorite amenity was the bikes that they let you check out. We rode the bikes all over the Island and it was wonderful. The staff refreshed our towels every day while we were out so that was really nice to come back to. The only negatives are that there was only 1 mirror in the room and it was in the bathroom and the TV was hard to navigate at first. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at Sundial.

A very nice affordable motel with walkable distance to the beach and bars and restaurants.

Absolutely loved my stay at Casa Ybel. The beach is steps away and all of the units have back doors/ porches to make accessing the beach even easier. Check in was ok. The young lady helping me even held my groceries since our room was not ready yet and then had them delivered to our room. Some of the young maintenance staff came in while I was checking in and seemed to try and start an argument with her, but she kept professional. I would absolutely stay here again.
