This is an average property in a very good location. The hotel is a bit dated but does provide some modern touches. The breakfast is very repetitive and of average quality.

It's spacious for 2 people. Bed is good for sleeping. Bathroom is at good size and there are 2 showerheads including an overhead. The deficiencies is the TV and thermostat. TV does not have streaming app. Thermostat is old style, there is no auto mode, fan does not shutoff automatically.
The reception is move to 15F, no longer at the bottom floor. There were some confusions. The FX hotel has 2 dedicated elevators at the end of hall way.
There are different styles of breakfast cuisines with limited choices of each style.
The location is pretty good since there plenty of food choices and 2 MRT lines nearby.
