The Oswego has a good location and nice restaurant on property, the room was a little tired, good overall.

It was what it should be.

We stayed the night. Our room was fantastic and the views were gorgeous. The room was very spacious. I would definitely go back. You can see the hotel is trying and so is the staff. They need to get their maintenance in order on their landscaping, and I would update the flooring in all the hallways so that they don't have to use those diffusers. The restaurant staff try hard, but they are not professional waiters and could use some guidance from professionals.

The Coast has been our 'go to' for the past 20 years when we have come to Victoria (almost annually). Phenomenal location. Room was incredibly beautiful - the view was the best we have ever experienced. Wonderful service. The only negative was 1 elevator was down so the wait time was sometimes long. We took the stairs (and on the 10th floor, that was a sweat!) However, would always come back 100% everytime. Location, location, location! (And the hotel is rooms were beautiful.)

Once you figure out that one side is another property and where the parking is, everything is wonderful. We parked steps from our clean and spacious room. Not having the check in process the night we got there, and being able to wait until morning, was wonderful. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay again. In fact, we extended our stay.

The entire staff goes above and beyond, showcasing a remarkable level of friendliness and exceptional customer service. Their courteous demeanor truly makes a difference! Plus, the dining area at Fanthom is inviting and beautifully designed, adding to the overall delightful experience.
