Elevators didnt work, there were 4 u had to throw your garbage down a chute

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet met our needs, and the complimentary champagne hour was a wonderful bonus. The pool was never crowded, which made for a relaxing experience, and the hotel’s close proximity to the beach was another big plus. What truly made this hotel stand out was the staff. The manager and every employee we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They promptly accommodated our request to switch rooms upon arrival and were especially attentive to my sister, who has a disability. They consistently checked to see if there was anything we needed and were always pleasant, caring, and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that is close to the beach, and staffed by people who genuinely care about their guests and work hard to meet their needs.

The shower for the size of the bathroom was too small. there was no shower niche and the stool in the shower was useless. Room service took way too long delivering extra blankets for the children.

We booked this option as a place to begin a cruise. It's conveniently located close to cruise port, Bayside and bus route to the beach. The unit was clean and modern with a view of the city. We loved the option to cook and be able to do some last minute laundry before heading for our cruise. We didn't appreciate the wopping 300 deposit requested nor did we enjoy the smell of cannabis wafting from the elevators or hallways. There are no smoking signs posted but they're obviously being ignored. Everyone deserves fresh and clean air!! The other negative was the blind in the main room was broken and so we couldn't view the city from that area. Overall, the condo served our purpose but we wouldn't make it a choice for future travels.
