The hotel itself is great. Very clean, quick check in, the infamous free checkin cookie, and friendly staff. The restaurant though, that’s another story. There were like 10 people in there and they were turning away tired hungry people because they only had one staff member working and couldn’t accommodate more than that. Absolutely unacceptable for a family looking for food and refreshments after a long day.

Staff was difficult to understand upon check in!
Never received credit for breakfast that we paid for in advance. Now
Now we have to try to get credit, as we paid for it at the restaurant.
Apparently it’s being investigated!!!
How difficult can this be???
