This place was very average.
I stayed as a guest.
I had to sweep twice when I got in the room.
The WiFi is absolutely terrible.
They don't give extra complementary blanks and sheets
The power went out during a thunderstorms
The best restaurant on the property is not open everyday (Dos Amigos)
Tv selection is not good at all.
The water park / pool is nice.
Rooms are big.
The property looks nice

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and loved it. However, on our second stay this past weekend we didn’t love it so much. Our king size bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed our children slept in was not and it made a lot of noise every time they moved. They should also include a thick comforter for the sofa bed as those thin sheets are not enough for staying warm at night. Another thing we noticed is that the area of the pool closest to the bar is infested with cockroaches and we even saw one in the water. Gross. They really need to take care of that problem. Lastly, there were little children diving in the bar area splashing pee water into our drinks while their drunk parents did or said nothing. Not cool.
