Everything was great about this place... very nice staff, beautiful Mountain View, wife really appreciated the bath tub in the room. Overall a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay in a two-bedroom suite. It was very comfortable and fully equipped with great amenities, including a kitchen and a washer/dryer, which was so convenient. ​Location: While it’s about a 15-minute walk to the city center, there is a tram station right across the street, making it very easy to get around. ​One suggestion: It would be great to have Smart TVs for international travelers, as most of the local channels were in a language we didn't understand. ​Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

Great location and friendly customer service.

Firstly the positives. Location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance of everything. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious but could definitely do with some improvements and upgrades. The room felt a bit dark and limited natural light, there was no main light in our room only lamps which was a bit strange. The fridge didn’t work. A couple of the mirrors in the room were cracked and could do with replacing. The room just felt a bit basic and dull, no character. The bed was extremely squeaky every time we moved and it felt a bit wobbly. The bathroom was a good size but the shower is very low down which wasn’t ideal as a tall person! On the plus side the room was very clean. Unfortunately we couldn’t have the window open for long as people smoking in the alley below meant the smoke came into our room! Although this can’t be helped by the hotel. The room was very warm with no thermostat to change the temperature. Check in is in a different hotel around the corner which is a bit annoying when walking around with luggage. If you could drop your room key into a box in the hotel without having to check out in the other one that would be good? Overall, a reasonable hotel in a perfect location. Nothing special but good for the price paid. Pretty basic, could do with some redecoration but did the job for a one night stay!
