The lady's in the message dept worked me over I'm so thankful. They're is not enough words to describe the wonderful trip I'm having due to the Awesome start at The Dusit Thani Resort in Cebu Mactan Lapu Lapu . I will be back many more times,as I have already booked my next stay. Bravo and Thank you to the staff at this wonderful establishment. We got there at 130 and the overly polite girl told us it was too early to check in but if we paid an extra 1000 we could check in early. I figure the room is either ready or not. Felt like I was getting hustled for 1k. Then at check out I went to use the self checkout kiosk but an overly polite girl insisted on doubting it for me, almost insisted I sit down and wait. I didn’t want to sit down and wait, I wanted to go. Like I was being deliberately detained. I have stayed at quest more than 30! Times over the past 10 years, the overall experience is declining. So sad because I use to like staying here. Now it’s not as nice.
