(1,733 reviews) The hotel has a great location with so many walkable restaurants and museums. Its very quaint and the staff extremely friendly and approachable. HOWEVER, we had our car valeted and never accessed it again during our stay. Unfortunately, they parked it in the public parking deck where it was sideswiped. The parking staff helped us file a claim...which was subsequently DENIED. I might add, the vehicle is brand new and has only been in our pocession for 60 days. Now its damaged and our financial responsibility to have it repaired. We entrusted our vehicle to the hotel and are extremely disappointed with this outcome. Needless to say, we will not recommend this hotel regardless of our stay experience. (498 reviews) This B&B is very beautiful. We stayed in the Live Oak room on the second flooor and it was lovely, with a large furnished balcony . Bed very comfortable. Met a few couples from different places and had nice conversations over a sherry wine and happy hour bites ( delicious) every night sitting at the living room with the cozy fireplace. Weather was cold ( Jan 6-9) . The breakfast in the mornings were very tasty , especially the French toast. Service was very good. We found parking right in front of B&B but next door there is parking for $35.00 a night . When in Sanannah eating at The Olde Pink House is a must , reservations required and the free transportation that the city provides for the historic district picked us up in front of the B&B and brought us back . We loved the antique Victorian feel of the house . A perfect B&B in the beautiful city of Savannah . Definetely recommend Azalea Inn and Villas.
