The food is not good… You can only book 2 dinner reservations during your stay, which was not communicated prior to booking. The staff were kind, but clearly overworked and underpaid. Additionally, you have staff hounding you to become members (they are impossible to ignore). This is one of those “read the reviews before booking”!
