I was served the daily dinner of fish and potatoes and the potatoes were not cooked. they offered me french fries instead but I did not want fried food. There was no concierge service or anyone behind the desk to offer any advice on what to do in Stockholm. The elevators were very overcrowded at Breakfast time. There were only three and one was out of service and one was so small it could only handle four people at a time comfortably.
