Great location, helpful staff. Was a bit of confusion regarding the shuttle service. We were told to wait in the lobby and the driver would come in and tell us when he was ready to leave. It was 6:00 am and no one else was waiting. We saw the driver pull up and come into the hotel, go behind the desk and then come out and leave without speaking to us. Thankfully we didn't have a lot of luggage and walked to the airport. So a bit of communication would have been helpful.

Wonderful staff and great location. The staff attempted to meet every need or request. You are walking distance to most things within a mile. Room service food was a bit standard but fine.

The staff is so kind, friendly, and accommodating. Martin, Lali, and Marina were an absolute delight. They accommodated a last minute request and made sure our luggage’s were sent to both rooms. Lali even took my luggage downstairs and bought me a coffee <3
I do recommend having some fans for the rooms with no ac, but other than that everything was clean, smelling good, well decorated and I’d go back there anytime.

Public transportation was right at the door. Easy to get to the city center and airport. Several pubs are within walking distance. Room was very comfortable and quiet.
