I liked this over all , just some minor issues allot insects in the house , covers need to be cleaned, it’s close to everything

Great place to stay. Close to town, restaurants and the beach. Perfect and most comfortable for families.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time at the adult pool and frequently interacted with the staff for free beer/drinks. Vicky was the best and always had a great attitude and smile for me! Valet staff was also very fast and helpful.

My husband and I have been coming to the Los Arcos for many years. It is in a great location and is right on the beach. However this time the service was not up to par. The maid never came once to our room despite having put out” please clean the room” on the door.there was also something wrong with the AC. The room was cool enough but the vents were plugged with black mold. The managers need to give matinance and upkeep. We had a Premium room on the updated side of the hotel. We have stayed in these rooms for several years and have always had excellent service. Also there was no hot water. I wish I had more nice things to say because I really love the hotel. However it needs some maintenance to be considered a 5 star hotel.

Loved the special attention from the Concierge Josue. It really made the trip special for our 2 year old daughter. The Family Selection is really worth it for families with young kids.

The from was amazing staff was incredible, concierge service, everyone was friendly and kind to help with any and all questions. We will be back.

Great location with fabulous views! The bells 🔔 & gongs are never ending but very rarely did they bother us! Incredibly charming over all!
