Mou Apartments is a very good, spacious and comfortable place to stay, especially for a shorter visit to Kotor. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom, living room and bathroom, plus plenty of cabinet space and a pantry large enough for our suitcases. The bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size with streaming services, and the kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. Thoughtful extras included toiletries, washing-machine pods and dishwasher pods. Having both a washer and dishwasher was convenient. Our first-floor apartment opened toward the pool, which was a great feature. Management was very responsive, kind and helpful. When the Wi-Fi stopped working, he came over and tried to provide a secondary Wi-Fi connection, although it did not work. The main improvements needed are cleanliness, Wi-Fi reliability and directions. The bathroom and shower need a deeper cleaning, and there was visible mold along the bottom of the shower curtain. The shower is also quite small. The king bed was comfortable, but all sheets, blankets and bed coverings should be properly sized to fit a king mattress. The address provided took us about half a kilometer away; searching “Mou Apartments” in Google Maps worked better, so guests should be sent an accurate map pin. There are also very limited restaurants, shops and amenities nearby, making this better for a short stay than a long one unless you have transportation or plan to cook. A taxi to downtown Kotor costs about €30.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Despite being marketed as a 4- or 5-star property, it barely warrants a single star. I booked a suite for my wife and me, expecting a premium stay, but we encountered numerous issues: the television didn’t work, the carpet was filthy, the drapes were falling off their rods, and the bathroom lights were broken. Worse still, a persistent, unpleasant odor in the room made it impossible for my wife to sleep. The air conditioning unit was only located in the living area, not the bedroom, forcing us to leave the bedroom door open to get any airflow, and even then, the unit was unbearably loud. I raised these concerns with one of the managers, who offered a nominal discount and an apology, but this gesture felt inadequate given the overall poor experience. The only food thing was the helpful staff. One thing for sure,, I will never return to this hotel or any other property in the Sava chain.

Absolutely everything was flawless: the thoughtful attention to detail, the effortless comfort, and the top-tier service. Special shoutout for the extraordinarily well-equipped gym—a rare find that made keeping up with our workout routine completely seamless. 10 out of 10, this place will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel, from the minute we arrived, we were treated so well by everyone. Ivan helped us with our bags and arranged a parking space for us and Mirjana was also absolutely lovely. We had one of the rooms by the pool which was amazing with the best views of Mlini. We also had dinner at La Norma, which was highly recommended. Everything about our stay was perfect and we would love to come back again soon.
