Excellent location on Marigot Bay. Staff, especially reception and Doolittle’s were very helpful and accommodation. Rooms in a nice setting on the hillside. Beach area is fairly neglected with loungers in poor condition.

This property was so beautiful and clean, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was AMAZING, especially the landing restaurant. We had the breakfast included package and it was so worth it. I traveled with my husband and our two children (19 & 17) and although we did some excursions, they did not want to leave the resort. It was literally perfect! We had a suite, which was so spacious and gave the adults their private time and the kids had their own space. The outdoor jacuzzi was pretty cool too because you could make it hot or “cool.” We went in August 26, which is slow season for them and we loved how quiet it was. Still plenty of guests but no need to fight over beach chairs. I would HIGHLY recommend this resort and can’t wait to go again!!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Most of the staff were friendly, but the service was very inconsistent, especially from the front desk and management. Restaurant and room service were also quite slow. The hotel did not feel well maintained, and there seemed to be ongoing issues with cleanliness and pest control. The food quality was inconsistent throughout our stay, and the selection was also disappointing. We were particularly concerned about the freshness of some of the food and the overall food-handling practices. The hotel layout is not very convenient, with limited towel stations and very few air-conditioned dining and bar options for regular guests. Overall, there are some friendly staff members, but the service, maintenance, food quality, and overall experience did not meet our expectations for this resort.

Jade Mountain is unlike any resort we have ever experienced. The rooms are incredibly imaginative and almost cinematic—open to the sky and the Pitons, with no fourth wall, creating a feeling of being completely immersed in nature. Every detail feels artistic, intentional, and beautifully connected to the surroundings. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always ready to make the experience special. The yoga classes with Ceren were another highlight, with wonderful instructors who created an inspiring and peaceful atmosphere. The food was outstanding. The Michelin-starred dining experience was sophisticated, creative, and beautifully presented, making every meal feel like an event in itself. And then there is the water. The beach below Jade Mountain is breathtaking, with incredibly crystal-clear turquoise water and distinctive volcanic sand. Swimming there, surrounded by the Pitons and lush tropical landscape, was an experience we will never forget. Jade Mountain truly feels like an architectural work of art placed in the middle of paradise. The combination of extraordinary design, nature, exceptional service, yoga, remarkable food, and that spectacular Caribbean sea creates an experience that is both luxurious and deeply memorable.
