Ventura - Oxnard Waterpark Vacations

We had the most incredible stay at El Encanto while celebrating our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and truly made our stay feel special. Breakfast was excellent, our spa services were absolutely top-tier, and the entire property was breathtaking. The grounds are meticulously maintained and every detail feels thoughtful, peaceful, and luxurious. El Encanto was the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We loved it so much that we hope to make it an anniversary tradition every year.

The HVAC system is sub-par…switching rooms was useless..they did eventually accommodate with portable window ac units but not a comfortable place to stay if it’s hot. And this temporary solution is not what I would call acceptable for a Hotel of this caliber The pool was overcrowded with loud children and toddlers and not sure how many “day passes” they sell to external visitors. The food was mediocre and staff not adequate for serving breakfast which was unacceptably slow in coming… Regrettable

I came out on a solo trip and had a wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly. They provided complimentary breakfast and complimentary happy hour with wine and cheese crackers for the guests. The location is within walking distance to everything from the wharf stearn to state street, i literally walked everywhere. Nice cozy room and the bed was comfortable.

Great room, pool was perfect for the family, and breakfast was delicious.
