Nice resort, clean. Staff mostly friendly, think sometimes a little overwhelmed with the influx of tourism but I'm sure over time, they will get the hang of it! Rooms cleaned, fridges restocked daily. We had a swimout suite, wish we had known it was in the shade for most of the day, so quite a bit cooler than main pools. Good selection of foods each day, always something to choose. Beach was nice & close to resort, very little seaweed issues (we went beginning of December) water a little choppy so not good for non or basic swimmers!

The room was excellent but we had call daly to the front desk to have our room cleaned and fridge restocked. Was not impressed with the theatre we were told that there was entertainment every night and there was not . There was rarely entertainment at the poolside as well . The allacart restaurants gave very small portions and were not well flavoured or cooked. The buffet was good but not a big selection. No shuttle service was provided either way so it was another added expense and we had to wait longer than expected to get a taxi although we prearranged it as well as check out was disorganized. Staff was very friendly and did their jobs well . We would not recommend or return there .

Rooms cleaned, fridges restocked daily. We had a swimout suite, wish we had known it was in the shade for most of the day, so quite a bit cooler than main pools. Good selection of foods each day, always something to choose. Beach was nice & close to resort, very little seaweed issues (we went beginning of December) water a little choppy so not good for non or basic swimmers!

The room was clean and the personal was great, in the brazilian rest wilfredo, manuel and angel were fantastic, at the steack house was victor. Especially at the front desk the staff of Ingmar, Woodley, Nally and Suselly are fantastic. Woodley went above and beyond to make our experience great.
