(1,109 reviews) Staff around the property were kind, friendly and helpful. Concierge information needs work. Let’s not talk about the complete racket they have on transport to Montreal Airport (you’re talking at least $550 USD + the expected tip). Absurd. Meal prices within the hotel were astronomical for mediocre quality food. Room was well appointed and shower was better than expected. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel, but was fun to stay at if you could overlook the additional almost $3000 USD for eating, a rollaway bed and resort taxes on a 5 night stay!!! (542 reviews) Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views and a great location. Quality of service has declined over the years. The fire alarm went off at 4 am and there were no staff members around to direct us at all. We were eventually told to go back to our rooms, woken up and sent outside again 15 minutes later and then told to return by the fire department. There was a lot of confusion. The hot tub in the spa area was not hot at all. We had a comfortable stay overall but it’s clear that the hotel is not what it used to be. (15 reviews) This is an apartment in a standard old 3 story Montreal building. Very representative of typical downtown Montreal living. But beware - these places have little or no soundproofing. You will hear every footstep of the people above you, and the voices next door. This was OK for much of our stay but we were unlucky the first night, when people upstairs, including children, were walking and running almost continually until 1am, preventing sleep. But the other nights were not so bad. There is a lot of space, a good kitchen, and a bus stop to central Montreal right outside. And it is in an area with many nice cafes, restaurants, and tiny unique shops.
