(542 reviews) Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views and a great location. Quality of service has declined over the years. The fire alarm went off at 4 am and there were no staff members around to direct us at all. We were eventually told to go back to our rooms, woken up and sent outside again 15 minutes later and then told to return by the fire department. There was a lot of confusion.
