Nuns' Island Waterpark Vacations

The staff was very helpful in moving us from a noisy room in front of the elevator. The system gave us this bad location even if we had made our reservation few month prior to our arrival. They were very receptive of our situation and relocated us to a very nice 2 level suite with a jacuzzi.

The Queen Elizabeth Golden Experience was great! Loved our stay with friendly and efficient staff in the heart of one of the best tourist spots in the world!!

Everything was fine except there was no hairdryer in the room and the toilet broke. Both issues were handled very quickly.

I had a wonderful day at this establishment, the service from the staff was great and the location was also very beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and clean as well as the bathrooms.

Nice little place, very clean, on a busy street but sound was not an issue. Getting in and using the locks took a little learning.

Great spot and location is great! The beds and pillows were extra comfy! Water pressure was very low, but didn’t ruin my stay. Needed a late check out very last minute and property assistant helped immediately! Much appreciated! I would definitely stay here again!
