We were wowed by the size of the accommodation, but the furnishings and decor was very dated (1980s). In addition the carpet was very unclean which made us worry what else was not clean. It was almost impossible to use the oven as all the temperature markings and oven settings has worn off. We guessed. The property could be really amazing with a bit of updating and thorough cleaning. The leisure facilities were nice and not nearly as rundown as the block we were in.

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly. Lovely to have a heated outdoor pool.
2 options for eating: restaurant or bar area.
Food was very good ( excellent fish and chips) and it was lovely to sit outside watching the horses .
